Des- Ilusión o ver
Identificados con el “cuerpo - mente- emoción”, la tarea es descubrir qué es esta identidad, qué Es este “yo”. He notado que por medio de preguntas es posible quebrar la estructura condicionada de la formación de ideas y el proceso esquematizado de la mente, lo que provoca no saber qué decir. O sea, de pronto o artificialmente, las personas se Des- Ilusionan, pierden la ilusión que las mantenía atadas a la identidad tan querida y amada. Al no tener el piso teórico que habían vivido toda su existencia ya no están cómodos. Que se les recuerde que su amor por el sufrimiento es exclusivamente por su propio gusto se les hace inadmisible. Esta situación provoca que muchos salgan huyendo despavoridos con muchas excusas, mucho trabajo, problemas familiares, falta de tiempo, "me dedicaré a buscar otros modos de entretenerme," "las exigencias diarias me impiden asomarme a lo que dices", etc.
Cuando hay apego a la ilusión de lo fenoménico, se cree que el individuo existe en forma separada. En la observación sin juicio el observador es lo observado y viceversa, más aún, lo observado y el observador desaparecen para quedar la observación. Esto provoca un sentido de vida en la comprensión. La realización es constatar que sobreviene una constante inteligencia que no tiene pertenencia. La observación sin juicio destaca que no hay propiedad de ese conocer, es auto comprobable y manifiesta certeza y seguridad. Es un saber no dual, manteniendo la mente en una actitud de alerta pasiva sin gasto de energía, al beber de la misma esencia a la que pertenece.
¿Es posible sostener esto? La conciencia lo sostiene todo y sin ella el cuerpo es sólo materia inerte. Al no estar la conciencia centralizada desaparece todo lo conocido, la conciencia es consciente sólo de sí misma, y cuando está vuelta hacia fuera toma la particularidad de centralizarse y suponer que es una individualidad separada. Las cualidades de pureza de la conciencia se mezclan con las características de la funcionalidad de la mente, con su inercia o movimiento, y en su actividad, o manifestación de la energía, se sumerge en la confusión y la ilusión. Sosteniendo la manifestación como forma, soy lo absoluto sin forma, como lo indescriptible, absolutamente incondicionado, atemporal y a-espacial.
Recuperar la comprensión de nuestra divinidad y el camino a la nobleza innata y natural, es más que una obligación, es un sentido de vida que ordena y llena de paz. Dar con una vida espiritual auténtica es difícil, y un estudiante puede pasar varios años en la búsqueda. Lo que resulta muy adecuado es conectarse con un enlace tradicional, con una senda espiritual, con una disciplina, que además de ordenar la mente con la ayuda de un maestro auténtico, pueda guiarlo hacia la evidencia de la realidad. Des-illusion or to See Reality
Identified with the “body – mind – emotion”, the task is to discover what this identity is, what this "I" is. This situation causes many to flee in terror with many excuses, lot of work, family problems, lack of time, "I'll come to look for other ways to entertain myself," the daily demands prevent me from looking out for what you say ", etc.
When there is attachment to the illusion of the phenomenal, it is believed that the individual exists separately. In the observation without trial the observer is the observed and vice versa, even more, the observed and the observer disappear, leaving only observation. This offers a sense of life in the understanding. Realization is to confirm that an intelligence not belonging to anybody ensues constantly. Non-trial observation shows no property of this knowledge, it is self- ascertainable and expresses certainty and security. It is a non-dual knowledge, keeping the mind in a passive alertness without expenditure of energy, while drinking from the same essence to which it belongs.
Can this be held? Consciousness holds everything and without it the body is only inert matter. When there is no centralized consciousness all that is known disappears, consciousness is aware only of itself, and when it turns outwards it shows the peculiarity of being centralized assuming to be a separate individuality. The pure qualities of consciousness get mixed with the characteristics of the functionality of mind, with its inertia or movement, and in its activity or manifestation of energy, is thrown into confusion and illusion. Supporting form as the manifestation, I am the absolute without form, indescribable, absolutely unconditioned, time-less and space-less.
Retrieving the understanding of our divinity and the path to the natural, innate nobility, is more than an obligation, it is a sense of life that gives order and allows peace. To find an authentic spiritual life is difficult, and a student can spend several years in its search. What is very suitable is to get connected with a traditional link, with a spiritual path, a discipline, that besides ordering the mind with the help of a true teacher, can guide him to the evidence of reality.
