Existe la tendencia a buscar explicaciones a los problemas que se nos presentan en la vida diaria, así como a buscar explicaciones acerca de lo esencial en nuestra naturaleza. Aparecen miles de preguntas, todas ellas vienen de la mente, para saber que uno mismo es lo fundamental, que ningún conocimiento aprendido nos puede dar esa confirmación y tampoco nos dará la satisfacción. Esta duda solo puede ser resuelta por la experiencia, que es confirmada cuando se asoma la vivencia directa y ello ocurre cuando dejamos el funcionamiento rutinario de la mente.

Se reconoce como el si mismo, no puede ser de otro modo. El si mismo es aquí y ahora, no está reglamentado ni por el tiempo ni por el espacio. Sustentarse en lo que digan otros, ya sea por libros o doctrinas, es quedar sin la certeza confirmadora. Al volvernos al si mismo, conocer de si es el principio y el fin de todo.

Cuando el buscador acumula conocimiento, esta actividad se muestra como un primer paso para detectar el si mismo. La mente, como función de la conciencia, aparece con mayor fuerza en la vigilia, aunque también hay funcionalidad en el sueño con sueños, por tanto, mientras exista la mente seremos bombardeados por una infinidad de preguntas, ya que decir mente es decir preguntas e interrogantes.

La búsqueda de conocimiento espiritual es una más entre todas las otras interrogantes que tenemos en la vida. Cuando el buscador espera obtener algo, esta es su principal dificultad, pues mientras dirija la búsqueda hacia las formas que nos rodean no se dará cuenta de la realidad, por muchos eones que pasen. En esta búsqueda espiritual muchos plantean que existe una meta y muestran que ella es la realización del si mismo, otros se devanan los sesos buscando la verdad que se les presenta elusiva, unos recomiendan meditación, otros recomiendan prácticas espirituales variadas como oraciones y cánticos, etc.

Como individuo, como buscador, como entidad, como observador sin juicio, como quieran llamar a quien escribe, señalo que estoy aquí y ahora y no sumergido en el bosque de errores, siempre aquí y ahora. Nada me es ajeno a la vida misma, lo que soy es inefable e incognoscible como existencia real, independiente y autónoma. No dependo de nada ni de nadie, no es posible detallar los atributos luminosos del sí mismo.

Como la persona puedo reflexionar las cosas con tanta lógica como sea posible y de igual modo puedo recurrir a la inteligencia esencial, no de una manera casual, sino asidua y permanentemente. La experiencia tangible de la inteligencia esencial consiste no solamente en saber cómo funciona, sino también en cuáles y cómo son sus acciones cuando la conciencia centralizada no restringe su expresión. Lo esencial fluye momento a momento en un instante eterno, sin tiempo. Saberlo es dejar de aferrarse a la historia.

Se precisa ser lo más claro posible. Si estoy sumergido en el laberinto de lo fenoménico mis apreciaciones estarán siempre condicionadas a los filtros que determine la mente. Estos generan el yo o ego, el cual ha sido alimentado desde los inicios como cuerpo, mente y emoción. En cambio, cuando me asomo a la vida desde el sí mismo, solo me muevo en el presente activo, sin caer en el error que generalmente se presenta cuando el si mismo es confundido con el contenido, y por eso sólo se experimenta directamente el “yo soy”, no el “yo soy esto”, no a través de los contenidos de la vida, sino siendo consciente de qué o de quién los contiene.

En el ahora se puede estar caminando en línea con el flujo de pensamientos y toda la estructura presente que va filtrando lo que se ve paso a paso. En el presente activo hay observación sin juicio y la inteligencia esencial se ha hecho cargo del acontecer. Ese acontecer ocurre sin tiempo ni espacio que pudiera restringirlo. Eso es a lo que se refieren algunos libros sagrados cuando establecen “conócete a ti mismo y conocerás el mundo”. Al ir a la fuente donde comienza todo, se verá cómo la mente recoge las cosas de una manera dual.

El presente activo tiene la siguiente cualidad: en él no hay una persona que se apropie de ese presente, porque si así ocurre, eso implica que es la mente la que ha comenzado su recorrido en la dualidad y así la mirada de nuevo se ha disuelto en el laberinto. Cuando está el presente activo no hay una identidad que pueda conocerlo, sin embargo el si mismo está como presenciador y no como diferenciador ni enjuiciador de la vida en su emanación. El si mismo, aquí en libertad no perdida, es uno con la inteligencia esencial, y, aparte de disolver los movimientos kármicos que quedaban pendientes y que se agotan por su propio ritmo, ya de cara a lo real, nada le es ajeno. There is a tendency to seek explanations to the problems we face in everyday life, as well as to seek explanations for the essentiality of our nature. Thousands of questions appear, all of them coming from the mind, to finally understand that the fundamental is oneself and that no learned knowledge can give us this confirmation, nor give us satisfaction. This doubt can only be solved by experience, which is confirmed when it shows directly and this happens when we stop the routine operation of the mind.

It is recognized as the self, it can´t be otherwise. The self is here and now, not regulated neither by time nor by space. To depend on what others say either through books or doctrines, leaves no confirmed certainty. On returning to the self, to know ourselves is the beginning and end of everything.

When the seeker accumulates knowledge, this activity is shown as a first step in detecting the Self. The mind, as a function of consciousness, appears stronger in the waking state, although there is also functionality in the dreaming state, therefore, as long as the mind exists we will be bombarded by a myriad of questions, because to say “mind” is to say questions and doubts.

The search for spiritual knowledge is one among all the other questions that we have in life. When the seeker expects to obtain something, this is his main difficulty, for, while seeking to address the forms around us, reality will not be noticed, though many eons may pass. In this spiritual quest many claim there is a goal to attain and point that it is the realization of the self, others rack their brains looking for the truth which becomes elusive, some recommend meditation, others recommend a variety of spiritual practices as prayers, hymns, and so on.

As an individual, as a seeker, as an entity, as an observer without trial, whatever you want to call the writer, I point that I am here now and not immersed in the forest of mistakes, always here and now. Nothing is alien to life itself, what I am is ineffable and unknowable as real existence, independent and autonomous, not dependant on anything or anyone. It is not possible to detail the self-luminous attributes of the Self.

As the person, I can reflect things as logically as possible, and likewise, I can turn to the essential intelligence, not casually, but regularly and permanently. The direct and tangible experience of essential intelligence consists not only in knowing how it works, but also in what and how its actions are when the centralized consciousness does not restrict its expression. The essence flows from moment to moment in an eternal instant of no time. To know this is not to cling to the story any more.

It is needed to be as clear as possible. If I am immersed in the labyrinth of phenomena my views will be always conditioned by the filters determined by the mind. These generate the “I” or ego, which has been fed from the beginning as the body, mind and emotion. However, when I look at life from the self, I move myself only in the active present, without falling into the error that usually occurs when it is confused with the content, so there is only the direct experience of "I am", not "I am this", and not through the contents of life, but being aware of what or who holds them.

In the now you can be walking in line with the flow of thoughts and the whole present structure which filters what is seen step by step. Observation without trial is in active present and the essential intelligence has taken charge of events. Happening takes place without time or space that would restrict it. That is what some sacred books refer to when they establish "Know yourself and you will know the world." When going to the source where it all begins, you see how the mind takes things in a dual way.

Active present has the following quality: in it, there is not a person who owns that present, because if it does, that means that it is the mind which has begun its journey in duality and then again awareness has dissolved in the labyrinth. When the active present is there, no entity is acknowledging, but it is the Self who is the knower as observation and not differentiating or judging life in its expression. The self, here, in that freedom that was never lost, is one with the essential intelligence, and, apart from dissolving the karmic movements that were still pendant, which are exhausted by their own pace, and now face to face with reality, nothing is unknown to him.
